The head of the Louisiana Mafia sends two mobsters (Casper Van Dien, Rick Fox) to New York on a dangerous assignment to collect money.

Harry Caines is the new Customs Surveyor, or district head, at Wrelling, a small port on the Dorset Coast. 摇滚乐队“THE COLLECTORS”的一部纪录片，以他们 2017 年 12 月在新宿一家闭店的Live House举办的个人演唱会为核心，记录了 20 世纪 80 年代的东京摩登族（Mods）场景。2017 年 12 月 31 日，Live House“新宿 JAM”令人惋惜地闭店。它于 1980 年 10 月开业，开业之初名为“STUDIO JAM”，是一个还能进行录音的工作室，许多经典唱片都诞生于此，这里还策划举办过硬核朋克、车库朋克、摩登族等各种流派的演出。闭店的消息让在 2016 年迎来成立 30 周年的“THE COLLECTORS”的思绪回到了 30 年前乐队成立之时，于是决定在闭店前不久的 12 月 24 日在“新宿 JAM”举办最后一场演出。这部纪录片展现了前往演出的“THE COLLECTORS”的状态，以及与“新宿 JAM”有渊源的……
